With our new website, signing up and logging in is easier and more secure than ever. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the sign-up or log-in page.
  2. Enter your email address.
    • The system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to your email.
    • Sometimes, the email may be detected as spam. If you can't find the OTP email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
  3. Enter the OTP in the provided field.
  4. You are now signed up and logged in!

Benefits of OTP Login:

  • Enhanced Security: OTP ensures that only you can access your account, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
  • Convenience: No need to remember a password. Just use your email to receive the OTP and log in.
  • Quick Access: The process is fast, allowing you to access your account quickly and efficiently.

Using a promo code on our website is easy and can help you save on your favorite items. Follow these steps to apply your promo code at checkout:

We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, especially if it doesn't arrive on time. Here are some simple steps you can take to track your order and resolve any issues.

1. Track Your Order:

  • Tracking Number: Use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to track your order on the shipping carrier's website, CLICK HERE
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Double-check the estimated delivery time for your order, as it may vary depending on your location.
    • Please note that domestic shipping within Thailand typically takes 2-3 business days for Bangkok and metropolitan areas, and 3-5 business days for provincial areas, starting from the order confirmation date, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or long holidays, delivery may take longer than the time specified on the website.

2. Check Additional Information:

  • Mailbox: Check your mailbox again, as the package may have been delivered there.
  • Neighbors: Ask your neighbors or building manager if they have received a package for you.
  • Shipping Address: Make sure the shipping address you provided is correct.

Payment

Refund Processing:

  • We aim to process your refund within 14-21business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the inspection is complete.

Refund Methods:

  • The refund method depends on your original payment method:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, QR Code (Prompt Pay): You'll receive an online credit equal to the product amount. Registration is required to access the credit. It expires within 30 days.
    • Other Payment Methods: Your refund will be issued directly to your card or account.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept returns for items purchased during End of Season Sales, those redeemed with online credit, or those that violate our return policy (read more "What is return policy").

Other Payment Methods

  • Prompt Pay (QR Code): For a quick and easy checkout, scan our QR code using your banking app to complete the payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash upon receiving your order at the specified delivery address.
    • Please note:  COD No minimum payment required Maximum payment up to 50,000 THB and COD is currently only available in Thailand.

Remark: Select "Opn Payment" for various payment options like credit/debit cards, QR codes (PromptPay), installments, Shopee Pay, TrueMoney, and Line Pay.

Return and Exchange

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned:

  • Unworn items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Unused beauty products: Perfumes must be unopened and in original packaging.

What cannot be returned:

  • Sale items: Items purchased during our End-of-Season (EOS) sale.
  • Credit items: Items purchased with store credit.
  • Used items: Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.

How to return an item:

  1. Complete the return form: CLICK HERE to fill out our online return form.
  2. Pack your items: Carefully pack the item(s) you're returning in their original packaging, if possible.
  3. Ship your return: Send your return to the address provided in the return form.

How long will it take? You can expect to receive your refund within 14-21 business days after we've received and processed your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • One return per order: Each order is entitled to one return.
  • Resalable condition: Returned items must be in a saleable condition.

Easy Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your LYN purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product.

Free Return Service

For orders delivered within Thailand, we offer a free return service within 14 days from the date you received the product.

Summary of Return Policy

  • Return period: You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
  • Condition of returned items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Additionally, the receipt must be included.
  • What can be returned: You can return almost any item purchased online, except for End-of-Season (EOS) sale items and items purchased with online credit or Return Promocode.

Additional Notes

  • You can only request one return per order.
  • If the product is damaged upon receipt, please select "defective item" as the reason for return when filling out the return form. CLICK HERE to go to the return form or contact customerservice@jaspal.co.th.
  • Jaspal reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified conditions.
  • The return period includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • You must receive the product before you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

In-Store Returns (LYN Stores):

  • Applicable for purchases made within Thailand only.
  • Available: Exchanges can be made at any LYN store in Thailand.

Exchange Policy:

  • Currently, exchanges are not available online. However, you can exchange eligible items at any LYN store in Thailand.

How to Return:

Through the Return Form Link:

  • Click on THIS LINK.
  • Fill in the order number and the email (must match the email used when placing the order).
  • Select the item and enter the quantity you wish to return.
  • Choose the return reason or attach an image file if required.
  • Provide details or reasons for your return.
  • Choose the return mode: return by yourself.
  • Click confirm your return request form.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after completing the request form.
  • We will review your request and send an email to approve your return if all conditions are met.

Important Note:

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, Lyn will send you a confirmation email.
  • You can submit the return at one time in any quantity.
  • You must include the delivery order in the return package.
  • The return item must be in good condition according to our return policy (read more on our FAQs page).
  • You must return the physical item after receiving the confirmation email from us only.
  • We will take around 14-21 working days after receiving your return item to proceed with the refund process.

We understand that receiving a defective item can be frustrating. Here's how we can help:

Submit the Return Form: Indicate "Item Defective" as the reason for return and attach an image of the defective item for our review. CLICK HERE to go to the return form.

Contact Us: Report the defect to our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us by:

Provide Information: When contacting us, please include the following information for a faster resolution:

  • Order number
  • Details of the defect (including 2-3 photos clearly showing the issue with the product, along with a detailed description of the problem experienced)
  • Photos of the parcel box clearly showing the shipping label (AWB).

We'll Take Care of It: Once we receive your information, a customer service representative will review your request and determine the best course of action. This may include:

  • Replacement: We can send you a replacement item (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
  • Refund: We can issue a full refund for the defective item, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Additional Information:

  • Please note that we may require you to return the defective item to us before processing a replacement or refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Bags Maintenance

  • Store them wisely: Keep your beloved LYN bags in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. This will help prevent them from developing mold or mildew.
  • Maintain their shape: If you're not using your bags, gently stuff them with tissue paper or clean, unused clothes to maintain their shape.
  • Protect from dust: Store your bags in dust bags when not in use to keep them looking their best.
  • Avoid harsh conditions: Keep your bags away from direct sunlight and high humidity, as these can damage the leather.
  • Act fast in case of spills: If your bag gets wet or stained, blot the affected area immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. Don't rub, as this can spread the stain.
  • Proper drying is key: Allow your bag to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Stuffing it with paper will help it dry faster and maintain its shape. Consider using a moisture absorber inside the bag to speed up the drying process further.

 

Footwear Maintenance

Here are some tips to properly care for your LYN footwear, depending on the material:

  • General care: Always store your shoes away from direct sunlight, as this can cause fading or cracking. Allow them to air dry completely after wearing before storing them.
  • Plastic footwear: Clean them with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Wipe them dry with a clean, soft cloth.
  • Leather footwear: Regularly wipe away dirt and dust with a soft, dry cloth. Apply a leather conditioner or polish every few months to keep the leather supple and protected.
  • Insoles: Remove the insoles from your shoes and wipe them clean with a damp cloth. Allow them to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area before placing them back in the shoes.

 

Jewerly Maintenance

Here are some jewelry maintenance conditions specifically for fashion jewelry:

General Wear and Care:

  • Avoid Harsh Environments: Limit exposure to water, sweat, chemicals (including chlorine, cleaning products, and cosmetics) and extreme temperatures. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or cleaning.
  • Store it Safe: Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use. A fabric-lined pouch or jewelry box is ideal. Avoid storing different types of metals together to prevent tarnishing.
  • Gently Does It: Treat your jewelry with care. Avoid rough handling, pulling, or bending excessively.
  • Cleaning: Wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove any dirt or residue. You can use a damp cloth occasionally, but let it dry completely before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners, as they may damage the finish.
